Advice & Guidance

Many clients of the Homeless Centre need advice and guidance in their dealings with statutory authorities, this may be relating to;

  • Understanding and responding to Letters from Authorities/Agencies
  • Applications for Housing
  • Applications for Welfare Benefits
  • Form filling for relevant services
  • Support with phone calls to the Benefits Agency, Social Care, Probation Services, the Police and the Courts

Support staff are on duty to provide this support during the opening hours of the Day Centre.
